PromoMax helps you to efficiently and effectively promote your music to media outlets. It organizes all the pertinent information, and provides numerous shortcuts for day-to-day operations.

PromoMax runs fine on any Windows system, although the bulk of the program is DOS-based, with some operations in a separate Windows program. We are in the process of rewriting PromoMax to be completely Windows-based.

The new PromoMax for Windows is almost complete! We're finishing up a few loose ends, and expect to have a final release by the end of June.

• Everything is in Windows (no more DOS program). It supports all Microsoft Windows versions, from the new Windows Vista all the way back to Windows 98.
• Track even more efficiently than before!
• Send e-mail, either stand-alone or via Microsoft Outlook.
• Search for your information with new criteria options.
• Output reports as PDF files, for printing, e-mailing and viewing on the web.
• Export information to CSV files, or directly into Microsoft Excel.
• Automatically backup your data to local media, and offsite via FTP.
